In the development phase, we explained our concept to citizens and experts. We provided co-design tools for them to engage with the process and each other. In this way they communicated their insights easily and visualised their ideas using the tools.

SERVICE EXPLANATION
Nove Vie is a service in which public space is used as a place for prototyping in order to improve Milan. Citizen voices the problems related with urban areas, propose solutions and vote them collaboratively. At the end, 9 projects is chosen -one for each area of Milan. These 9 projects is realized through collaboration of citizens, associations and the government.
